During the course of our practice we have often had clients inquire about the possibility of our firm handling personal injury cases. Since we have historically limited our practice to criminal defense, we have not been in a position to assist our clients in the area of personal injury.

Addressing this issue I am pleased to advise that David Neiser has now become affiliated with our firm in the capacity of "Of Counsel". I have personally known David for over twenty years and am familiar with his experience as a personal injury trial lawyer. David is recognized by the Florida Bar as Board Certified in the area of Civil Trial Law which includes insurance and personal injury cases. This certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar concerning the competency and learning of attorneys in the areas for which certification is granted.

Additionally David Neiser has earned the highest Martindale-Hubbell rating for legal ability (A) and the highest rating for professional ethics (V).
